Demo Overview
Fresh of the boat you beginning the Left4Dead 2 Demo as on of the four new characters in an uncharacteristically bright setting. With the sun blazing you start The Parish campaign by walking up the dock into the streets where you encounter your first horde of zombies, a familiar scene if you played the original left 4 dead. Just like the original left 4 dead the demo is filled with just as many if not more zombies for you to shoot, melee, and beat up with anything from frying pans to guitars! The Left4Dead 2 Demo also introduces us to all the new special infected characters including the charger, spitter, and jockey.

The Best Part of The Demo
My favorite part of the Left4Dead 2 demo was the event on the second map right before the safe room when the survivors are forced to turn on an alarm alerting hordes of zombies. Now when this sort of thing happened in the original left4dead the survivors would go to a corner and defend them self from the horde of zombies. Thankfully Valve made a much needed change to left4dead 2 where instead of being able to wait in a corner for the horde to stop you must now go find the alarm yourself! The horde wont stop until your team makes it all the way to the alarm tower and turns it off. Let me tell you this was a lot more fun then waiting in a corner. Running through huge hordes of zombies while still being attacking by special infected to try and turn on an alarm was really fun. I can’t wait to do this in versus mode.
